I'm Damian Jedziniak.

I build operating systems for domain experts in regulated B2B work — energy, ESG, decarbonisation. Sixteen years across three companies. AuDHD diagnosis at 36 (2023). No formal degree in the domains I work in.

The Live Office Group is what came out of refusing to wait. The Live Office Ltd (UK, founded April 2026) is the global platform IP holder, Company #17144694. Akademia Klimatu Sp. z o.o. (Poland, since 2021) is the operating arm — 40+ enterprise audits, 300+ locations under monitoring, paying clients including Medicover, Rank Progress, and a Polish family-owned international meat producer.

What we sell is capability, not reports. The system runs on 290,000 lines of code, 550 deterministic blocks, 6 AI agents, 33 procedures.
